Ive been an industry professional for a better part of 7-10 years. Starting my waste industry career in Lynchburg, VA as a roll-off driver. I later worked various other positions within the company which lead up to me being selected to be a part of the Republic Services Operations Manager Trainee program. I joined WCA in July of 2016, working as an Operations Manager in the Gainesville, FL market area. While at WCA I`ve been a part of Operational SOP implementation teams, a member of the WCA Diversity and Inclusion Committee along with other programs and projects.
I hold an Associates of Arts in Business from Liberty University, received in 2008. Spent 6 years 1998 - 2004 in the U.S Navy as a Cryptologist Technician at NSGA Naval Security Group Activity proudly serving onboard various US and International vessels and platforms.
In addition to my work at WCA, I volunteer time as a coach/mentor to youth in the community. I’m an active member of the local Alachua County Keep America Beautiful chapter. My motivation is his Family. Wife – Kathleen, Daughters Tianna, Geniyah & Kayden and his sons Zhai & Aveien.
