Dear Tony, I am totally agree with the article. In my country (Perú) have lots of dumpsites (1580 at least), on the other hand, We have less than 50 landfills. in a couple of years on of the most important landfill in Lima will be closed, and we will have lots of problems because we don´t have enough space (NIMBY), if you have more information about guidelines or specific regulatory information, please sent me and e-mail to rhp1520@gmail.com.
