This week, the TV has been inundated with the season and series finales. It got me thinking…. 12 short weeks from today, we’ll be “running the credits” on WASTECON – 2010.
FlashForward with me for a few minutes. When you arrive in Boston on Saturday morning, drop your bags at the hotel, get your bearings, grab a cup of chowder or a lobster roll and head over to the Convention Center around 1:00 to pick your badge. Enroute your sure to find a few other SWANA members heading over of the Saturday Bonus Technical Sessions. Now, it’s true that we’ve changed up a lot of things this year at WASTECON and we don’t want you to feel Lost so stick around after the session for the WASTECON Orientation. At 5:30, join your Brothers & Sisters of solid waste for our Red, White & Blues Opening Reception in the convention center! We’ll have a live Boston Blues band in the House to help you get ready for a great week.
Whether you work for a municipality, a large corporation or have a Private Practice, you’ll find lots of great people who love to ‘talk trash.” You don’t have to be Jack Bauer to recognize that over 24-hours of valuable technical sessions and training at WASTECON could make you a Supernatural Solid Waste Pro!
