REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
TETON COUNTY SOLID WASTE / RECYCLING FACILITY
Teton County, WY (Owner) is in need of a qualified Consultant(s) to address environmental /
planning / permitting issues at the Horsethief Canyon Solid Waste Facility. Services required
include a site assessment of existing landfill debris, a report on removal and disposal, preparation
of environmental / permitting documents and other related services.

The submittal deadline is 2:00 PM MST, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2012. A mandatory
pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 16 at 1:00PM in Jackson, WY. The
Owner reserves the right to enter into a contract with any Entity based solely upon the initial
response to the Request for Qualifications.
