In the opening session, Philosopher, Richard D Precht stated: "...copying comes before understanding". Think about it in how we try to adopt new waste management programs.
ISWA award ceremony included a trash version of the Academy awards. Check out ISWA to see who got an Oscar in trash...it was Copenhagen. I think SWANA should do something like this at WASTECON.
