ABSTRACT:
Capping of this year’s Safety Summit, this session will include a panel of industry leaders on the topic of safety among MSW workers. They will look at why our industry has traditionally been so dangerous, and discuss how we might move ourselves out of the top ten most dangerous. From safety programs to safety culture, from large municipalities to small towns, this far-ranging discussion will not only seek to diagnose the problem, but also solutions. Audience participation is strongly encouraged in the session as we all work together to be safe and SWANA strong.
