A Civil Engineering Technologist with 35 years experience, in both the private and public sectors. Knowledgeable with solid waste, water, sewer, roadway design, construction and operational management including 20 years waste management experience and 20 years municipal services management. Past Employment in Yukon, Alberta, Ontario and presently in British Columbia. Initiated a Water and Wastewater training program for municipal operators in the Yukon. Have been involved with the design, operations and monitoring of waste management facilities including transfer stations and hauling, landfills, recycling program and implementations of User Pay programs in Ontario and British Columbia. Presently managing and developing a recently permitted Construction & Demolition landfill on southern Vancouver Island.
